Mr.Vijay Bharadia
Founder
With a career spanning over two decades in the financial services industry, Mr. Vijay Bharadia is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in investment management and client relations. His journey began in 1997 at Wallfort Financial Services Ltd., where he delved into the intricacies of financial markets under the mentorship of Mr. Manoj Bharadia.
During his tenure in the family office, Mr. Bharadia honed his skills in managing proprietary funds, particularly in navigating the realm of micro-cap investments. His deep understanding of businesses and valuations allowed him to make informed decisions, leading to successful outcomes for the family’s portfolio.
Mr. Devang Kabra
Partner & Co Fund Manager
Right from his first business at age 18, Devang Kabra has been involved in starting up and scaling up of several customer facing business like Specialty Retail, Commodity Retail, F&B Retail, Outdoor Advertising, Real Estate Development. He has been good at identifying opportunities, taking risks, executing fast, timing it right, working with passion and having a positive attitude when tides move against him.
His ground level business experience helps him in identifying better of the best ideas to bet money on. He has been managing his family funds since 2004. He is an MBA (Marketing) from Vishwakarma Institute of Management, Pune.
Mr. Kaushal Kedia
Fund Manager
Kaushal Kedia has an experience of more than 10 years in the Indian equity markets. His key strengths are understanding market cycles and picking sectors at turnaround points.
He is responsible for the Wallfort Avenue Fund within Wallfort PMS. He is a Chartered Accountant having graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011.
Mr. Yash Somani
Co fund Manager
Yash Somani is a co fund manager at Wallfort Ameya Fund in Wallfort PMS and has 8+ years experience in the equity markets. He was previously associated with another PMS, where he covered a variety of sectors. He has a distinct focus on special situations and turnarounds. He graduated from the London School of Economics in 2016.
Mr. Abhishek Shah
Co-Fund Manager
Abhishek comes with over 12 years of experience in the financial markets and is a part of Wallfort India Contra Equity PMS. He is a Bsc (hons) in Management from Warwick Business School and CFA Charter Holder. Abhishek focuses on value investing with a bias towards mid and small-caps
Mr. Koustubh Shah
Co fund Manager
Koustubh Shaha (CA, CFA) comes with more than 23 years of progressive experience in Financial Services Industry. Prior to being a Co-Fund Manager at Wallfort PMS & Advisory Services LLP, he was instrumental in incubating two NBFC start-ups (Avanse Financial Services [a Warburg Pincus Co.] – 2012 to 2017 and BikeBazaar Finance 2017 to 2023), as part of the founding team, leading the CFO function. He has also worked with Kotak Securities and Motilal Oswal, in various leadership roles for 5 years each.
Mr. Chirag Jain
Compliance Officer
Chirag Jain has an experience of more than 8 years in Indian equity markets. His key strengths are Administration, Accounting, Taxation and Regulatory Compliances, evaluating Compliance issues/concerns. Develops, initiates, maintains, revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. He is an MBA(Finance) from Institute of Technology & Management.
Ms. Kinjal Mandalia
Compliance Associate
Kinjal Mandalia has an experience of more than 4 years with CA Firms handling various Financial & Equity Market Clients. Her key strengths are Administration, Accounting, Taxation and Regulatory Compliances, Evaluating Compliance Issues/Concerns.
Develops, initiates, maintains, revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. Pursuing PGDM in Finance plus Banking, Investment & Insurance from Welingkar Institute of Management.
Mr. Yash Chudasama
Operation
Yash Chudasama is a part of our company since 2023 and has shown sheer grit and great competencies. His key strengths are operations and dealing. He is responsible for the daily dealing , operations and trade settling at Wallfort PMS. He is a graduate from the Lala Lajpat Rai College, Mumbai.
